I have always been inspired by Old Testament heroes like Joseph, Nehemiah, Esther, Daniel and others like them. They were placed in positions of leadership by divine appointment and used the place that God had given them to minister to the leaders around them.
I am convinced that our leaders need to know and experience the love, grace, wisdom and hope of Jesus today more than ever before. The responsibility of leadership requires a reliance on a Source of Strength that is bigger and greater than we are.
