Leading Influence Ministries is an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit ministry that is governed by a board of directors and led by Pastor Tim Schindel. Tim’s more than 25 years of ministry leadership experience have prepared him to follow the vision of a Ministry that is particularly designed to serve Provincial leaders.
Key Activities
We sensitively and respectfully serve, encourage and bless those who lead our communities, province and nation.
We demonstrate the love, grace and friendship of Jesus Christ to elected officials.
We pray daily for MLA's, through our prayer network, that the Lord would grant them wisdom, strength and courage.
We inspire and equip local churches to involve themselves in ministry to those who serve their communities in leadership roles as a source of encouragement, strength and comfort.

Mission
We build bridges, reaching leaders and making a positive spiritual difference in their lives through serving, caring and praying for them regardless of their political ideology.
We influence key leaders in all areas of government and business towards leading with a biblical awareness, perspective and conviction through networking, mentoring, coaching and counselling relationships.
Vision
We provide spiritual encouragement and support through chaplaincy services to MLA's and MP's across Canada. These services include, but are not limited to, chapel services, prayer support, bible studies, prayer gatherings, counselling, and encouragement.
We seek to be a blessing to those called to serve our nation politically by bringing the hope and strength of Jesus Christ into their lives.
We encourage churches to pray for those involved in the political process and to minister to them and their families in their communities.
We seek to inspire churches to involve themselves in ministry to their community leaders including Mayors, City Council, Boards of Education, by following our example of non-political, non-partisan ministry.
Leading Influence Ministries is based in Victoria, BC, with offices in both Victoria, BC, and in Ontario.
Ministry Goal is to establish a ministry presence in every provincial and territorial capital in Canada and in Ottawa.
