Leading Influence Ministries is based in Victoria, BC. Our vision is to establish a ministry presence in every province and territory in Canada
We currently have a volunteer chaplain in Ontario and are exploring other opportunities in several other provinces.
Tim and his wife Barb and family live in Victoria. Our ministry board is currently comprised of Wally Berndt, Beverlee Caron, Rev. Dan Cousins, Rev. Dave Hauser, Donna Pechie and Dr. Len Demarchi serve on the governance and advisory board for this ministry.
About Leading Influence Ministries
Leading Influence Ministries is an independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit ministry that is governed by a board of directors and led by Tim Schindel. Tim has over 25 years of ministry leadership experience as a team member, solo pastor, team builder team leader. He is a visionary and catalyst.
The vision to establish a chaplaincy ministry to poltical leaders began in the summer of 2004 and came into fruition in May of 2006.
