“Blessed are the peacemakers…” — Matthew 5:9
Today, we’re praying for peace, safety, and healing in communities across Canada affected by violence, crime, fear, and unrest.
Every person deserves to feel safe in their home, neighbourhood, school, and community. Let’s pray for those who have experienced violence or loss, for those working to protect and serve our communities, and for God’s peace to take root where there is fear and division.
🙏 Prayer Points:
• Pray for peace and protection in communities experiencing violence or increased crime.
• Pray for healing and comfort for victims, families, and communities impacted by violence.
• Pray for wisdom, compassion, and protection for police officers, first responders, and community leaders.
• Pray for churches and local organizations working to bring hope, reconciliation, and practical support.
• Pray for young people who may be vulnerable to gangs, violence, or exploitation.
• Pray that God would raise up peacemakers who bring reconciliation, understanding, and hope to their communities.
🇨🇦 Together, let’s continue praying for Canada—one day, one prayer, one nation.
